As for me, the location was good, very close to tram, restaurants, shops and major cultural sights, a nice neighbourhood, and city hall, the market and all the tram connections.

Perfectly clean place & very very helpful and caring staff at the check-out. Brand-new & modern unit with great breakfast, good bathroom, as for instance.

Everything is nice here, had a perfect stay for business trip or holidays. It includes incredible restaurant for dinner.

Excellent and perfect location to Old Town.

Breakfast was sensational, stunningly beautiful views, wonderful location right by a tram line, and the old town. The room was unique, brand-new and had a mini fridge bar, climate control and an individual safe...

The room was modern and brand-new, complete with a shower, a large bed, as example. Got a perfect and wonderful breakfast included. Everyone we encountered was competent and service-oriented. The location was quiet, for example, a tram stop was in front of the venue.

The room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful people. It had very central location close to an archaeological museum.

It was surely a such great stay for business trip or holidays. Greatly enjoyed our absolutely fantastic rooms, plus the staff was really kind. It had marvellous and stunning location extremely close to Natural History Museum of Basel.

Thought that there would be lift, but we were wrong.

The location is incredible and amazing in a pretty quiet area, next to other places of interest and the central station.

We spend 1 night in Basel lovely. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance of Old Town. Incredibly attentive and caring staff, suggested places to visit. All the services were amazing! Parking was in the hotel, fee - gbp 23 per day.

The bed was too small, unfortunately.

The hotel of choice in Basel. Quaint and perfectly clean place, very helpful staff at the check-out. Brand-new, unique room with a large bed and excellent shower plus excellent facilities. Excellent and nice location, close to Altstadt.

Beds were uncomfortable.

When I am in Basel, I like staying here. Absolutely charming and brilliant place, it has welcoming staff at the check-out. The hotel is in the very central location in outdoor eating area. The breakfast is sensational with warm croissants, there’s an option for each taste.

The room was bright, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marketplace. the hotel had a cool coffee shop downstairs, which was a nice convenience.

The pillows were firmer than I prefer, but I could have asked for softer ones. , there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, but I understand that some hotels don't provide it either.

This hotel met needs well, we would recomand to anyone. Its location was very central, 300 metres from Swiss Architecture Museum. The property was set in a wonderful area;))

it seems too expensive. 295 CHF for a small room with shower. more expensive than london. but to be fair hotels & restaurants in switzerland seem to be in general more expensive than in the uk, germany, austria and france.
